I'm doing Props for the show now. Luckily, it's not a prop-heavy show. I'm entertaining the idea that the creature that emerges from the egg will be baby cthulu. We'll see.

Numb3rs was actually not bad. It's moving to Fridays after Joan. Yay for believable Math, and yay for the Math guy actually being quite attractive, and not nerdy-looking.

Made a few revisions to the Buffy game, and Nick and Jen were nice enough to give it a go. Works better, and actually, 2 player game works far better than, well, 5-6 players. Movement isn't really as much an issue when there are only 2 players. But, movement still needs correcting, and a few cards are over-powered, and there are definitely too many types. And, a few other little things to work on, but, all-in-all- not bad. It was nice that they actually were able to play it. Sound-track and all.

Hmm. All for now.

I've not yet approved it with the Director, but, she's really liked all my ideas so far. And, not just for props. Like, I came up with some blocking for the cadets, she loved it and went with it. And a few other little ideas. And that's with all of 3 rehearsals.

Well, the director liked the idea. Mostly. I didn't specifically say "Cthulu," since, well, I'm 99.99% sure she'll have no clue what that is. I described it as a stuffed animal, elephant-like, with winges, and tentacles where there would be a trunk. She asked if the tentacles could be removed. I said I'd bring it in and let her look at it. (If that's the route she wants to take, I'll buy a new one. My personal ones are staying intact, thank you)

Nah. I'd Probably be a full-sized one, and I'm not planning on de-tentacling at all. Since she's not seen it, I'm guessing she's not really sure what I'm talking about. I'm actually thinking that the tentacles can all stay, and be pretty simply disguised as a trunk. We'll get Nyarlathotep to help. He's good at that kind of thing.

hmmm. . .

They are alive. And well. Of course, I'm Aunt Kate, so, you know, I hear from them and see them fairly regularly. But, their schedules (and mine) are admittedly strange.

They do, in fact, have these odd inventions installed in their house called phones... ;)
